•    Sourcing & Securing of Hotel Room Block(s), Assisting in Contracting 
        Process
•    Assistance with Creating Seating Chart
•    Attend Major Vendor Planning Meetings as Necessary – Either by 
        Phone or In-Person
•    If Needed, Assistance with Budget Creation & Keeping Track of Costs
•    Available to Answer Any & All Questions, Provide Recommendations & 
        Advice for All Aspects

Month-Of Planning

•    Final Detail Meeting 2 Weeks Prior to Event
•    Personalized Day-Of Timeline Distributed to All Members of Bridal Party 
        & Vendors
•    Confirm All Vendors & Review Vendor Contracts
•    Communicate Procedures to Vendors for Unload, Set Up, Tear Down
•    Review all Music Preferences with DJ/Band

Wedding Day

•    Coordinator and 1 Assistant Coverage for ~ 8 Hours
•    Delivery of Welcome Bags to Hotels
•    Oversee Décor & Floral Setup
•    Ensure Ceremony and Reception Locations are Properly Set-Up
•    Setup Menus, Seating Cards, etc. As Needed
•    Assist Photographer with Shot List
•    Greeting Guests and Directing Them to Ceremony, Cocktail, and 
        Reception Areas
•    Distribute Final Payments / Gratuities to Vendors in Sealed Envelopes
•    Communicate with Venue Maître’D for Dinner Service
•    Check-In with Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party Throughout Night
•    Assist with Cake Cutting, First Dance, Entrances, etc.

The Month-Of Coordination Package is for the couple who has everything figured out, but would like assistance tying up any loose ends, confirming vendors, and help with the day of.
